Text Box: When: August 10, 2010 Time: 4:30-7:00 pm   Parents and their children ages 3-5 are invited to The Lighthouse Preschool Open House.  We will give tours of the school, and enroll children for the 2010-2011 school year.  If you know someone who may be interested, please invite them to attend.  They can always call with questions if they cannot attend   Classes Offered with Times:            8:00-11:00 am—> Preschool            12:30-3:30 pm—> Preschool            8:00 am-3:30 pm—> All-Day Care Text Box: VOLUNTEERS WANTED! If you would like to volunteer in the preschool, you will enriching the lives of the children and providing a valuable ministry within the church.  The schedule is flexible so whenever you are able to assist, it will be a huge help!  What will you do?  You will help the children with puzzles and games, provide hugs, read stories, play make-believe, answer lots of questions, and be a role-model to the children.   If you have a special talent or interest and would like to make a presentation to the preschool children, that can be arranged also.  We are always looking for interesting places to visit or for visitors to teach us new skills, terms, and activities.   Call the preschool: 725-1855 or 225-1694 and sign up to help Text Box: School Supplies Needed for the Preschool: * Rose Art Colored Pencils * colored construction paper * watercolor markers * 4 oz. bottles of Elmer’s glue * colored chalk (not sidewalk) * Tacky glue * Washable Poster Paint—all colors * Q-Tips   Items needed throughout the year: · clean milk lids (for glue) · Cardboard tubes · Clean fruit cups (individual cups) Text Box: It’s that time of year again— Children joining in song, prayer, art and play for the glory of Jesus!   School begins at The Lighthouse Preschool on August 30, 2010.
